Product Review: Emergencia

Time for another product review, because I’ve been feeling very uncreative thus far and decided to switch things up a bit.

This one isn’t really “Naomi goes out, buys a random hair product and hopes she lives” kind of thing, because I’ve already tried the product. Needless to say, I love this deep conditioner and I’m going to pay homage to it.

What Does it Do?

A wonderful deep conditioner, this product makes your hair very soft and shiny, while making it easier to detangle hair.

The product also has this tingly sensation on your scalp, which actually opens the pores and speeds up hair growth.

The main ingredient behind this conditioner is silicone, which it why it makes your hair feel so smooth. However, because of this ingredient, it sort of kills the volume of your hair. If your hair is frizzy, this might be a good thing. If it’s thin, this might not be the product for you.

Is It For Me?

This deep conditioner is more for detangling and adding moisture to your hair. If you’ve had a problem with breakage and find yourself losing hair faster than it’s growing, then this is the product for you. Basically, I would recommend it for thick and coarse hair.

Where Can I Find This?

It can be found in any Walmart or Beauty Supply Store near you. For the most part, if you live in a Hispanic area, it’ll be in any aisle. It’s a popular conditioner in Dominican Republic and can be found in the U.S as well.
